Re: James Mccarthy broken leg
McCarthy grew up in Glasgow and was a Celtic fan.

If the Black London Taxi driver rapist about to be released was a Celtic fan, collyrob would be at the prison gate to welcome him back to the fold.

Yeah, really nice bloke - all those horror tackles he does are just a misunderstanding yeah?

Still, of course you’ll hero worship someone who looks like a potato

Genuinely one of the nicest blokes in football. Real quiet polite lad. Shame to see some of the comments on here.

Re: James Mccarthy broken leg
Looks more like a limited player that tries to make up for his lack of skill by charging around the pitch and occasionally makes a clumsy tackle. Nothing compared to the likes of sourness, Ronnie whelan, terry butcher, John terry, Diego costa......

Re: James Mccarthy broken leg
Smashed my lower leg playing 5-A-Side. 2 breaks in tib, one in fib and a large lump of bone snapped out of the fib. Didn't hurt as much at all really just a lot of shock from seeing you leg bend in more places than it should!

Mine was fully deserved because I was reckless due to being determined to have the ball off someone that was being an arse. I have no sympathy for McCarthy because he was going to end up doing that to some poor unfortunate player one day.

Despite my inter-medullary nail and 4 screws through the bone I was determined to play again which I did after about 15 months. If his is a clean snap (which it probably is) he may come back. If it was like mine then he won't play at that level again.

Horrible, nasty player, and looks like an old potato.

He's a dirty bastard
I remember that tackle when he was at Wigan never mind the Payet one (where Everton fans were larging it on their sites)
No one likes to see a player get injured but it is as though karma is at work here

Mate of mine snapped his ankle in two places playing when his foot went down a rabbit hole so won't be losing any sleep.

Re: James Mccarthy broken leg
Nasty that.... Rondon was not in a good way after... then again seen plenty of twisted legs on parks... part and parcel of the game i'm afraid ... at least you don't shoot footballers like you do with a good thoroughbred

I suppose what goes around comes around but shows a massive lack of class to glorify in somebody suffering a horrible injury in my view.

Wouldn't wish this on anyone.

But, if someone HAD to get this injury, and I HAD to choose who did...

McCarthy = Scum
Payet = Scum

They can both die for all I give a fuck.

Just watching on MOTD, Rondon just lining up à shot on goal, totally innocuous

Re: James Mccarthy broken leg
It's a myth that it really hurts to have your leg broken like that.

I broke my tibia and fiblia just below the knee in a bike accident - foot pointing the wrong way around and everything. It was actually more distressing to the people who witnessed it than me. First of all you go into shock and there are no nerves in that part of your body anyway.

What really fucks you off is being in plaster and immobile for three months, shuffling around and uncomfortable, grafted to a pair of crutches, not being able to have a proper bath or shower without going to ridiculous extremes, never having a comfortable ten minutes on the bog and all the other stuff you take for granted normally being a proper fucking pain.

A thoroughly nasty cunt, in no real pain, given the best medical care you can imagine off on full-pay for the next four months. Don't feel TOO sorry for him. Or sorry at all really.

Got no sympathy for the cunt whatsoever.
He's had it coming.

Re: James Mccarthy broken leg
His tackle on Payet was one thing

But the smirking and congratulatory back slapping as he was stretchered off is vivid in my mind - dirty cunt

Re: James Mccarthy broken leg
That's terrible, feel very sorry for him. He's a decent player and have always behaved well. Let's hope Rondon gets over this soon.

As for the other cunt, I think he simulated it. 3 match ban anyone?

It is a pity both legs weren't broken as he is one cunt who deserves it.
